Service
LeaflyPDF provides PDF tools on the web, mobile, desktop and via API. Local tools are free without an account. Paid plans add server compute, AI credits and collaboration features as described on the pricing page.
Your content
You keep all rights to your files. You grant us only the rights needed to process them for you. You must have the right to process the documents you upload.
Acceptable use
No illegal content, no malware, no attempts to overload or attack the service. Automated use is allowed through the API with an API key.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time for the end of the billing period. Purchases in the mobile apps are handled by the app store.
Electronic signatures
Signature requests produce simple electronic signatures with an audit trail and a tamper-evident seal. Qualified electronic signatures (QES) are not offered.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and according to mandatory law; otherwise liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.
